Dogleg and vertical section details are now captured for a well plan point and are imported if available in well plan data. This new data is also available through the system where well plan point information is displayed.

Corrected a sorting issue with the traveling cylinder that would sometimes result in the latest survey(s) and projected points displaying in the wrong order.

A new Well Plan stream has been created that adds a Plan Point table to the Datalake, containing the the specific well plan points for each well plan on a job.

An additional report has been added to well paths in the directional section that includes all current surveys and any projected targets.

A 'day_type_name' field has been added to the Time sheets stream to show the day type's name for both job time and non-job time entries.

If all of the individually billed items on a Daily Field Ticket are removed at the same time (resulting in an empty field ticket), the removal of each of these individual billing items are now audited.

The Field Ticket/Invoice number (commonly seen in the audit history) has been added to the Daily Field Ticket.

Corrected an issue in the Filters modal for the Plot that prevented some well paths from being selected/un-selected.

Updated the Time Sheet Verification process to prevent 'cents' from being dropped from a pay rate when it is verified.

Work orders used to track the actions performed on assets (initializations, assemblies, strappings, disassembles, inspections, repair, etc.) have the option to now generate a report that can be printed. This work order report contains basic work order information along with all editable fields within the main asset and component sections.

Egypt, Kuwait, Poland, Romania, Sudan and Turkey and their related states and municipalities can now be used for locations.

The 'main_asset_asset_type' field in the Work Order stream has been updated to show the asset's display name.

A 'name' field has been added to the Activities stream to show the activity's name.

Tagged assets or personnel on the Field Ticket Summary Report are displayed in a better format to prevent confusion on what was tagged.

Updated all reports to ensure they are using the correct degrees (°) symbol where applicable.

The 'asset_type' field in the Asset stream has been updated to show the asset's display name.

If a billing item type doesn't have a fixed rate set when added to a field ticket (i.e. 'TBD' or 'Market Rate'), this rate on the field ticket reports will be italicized for easy identification.

The field ticket report (matrix style) now supports having multiple billing item types of the same name but different unit cost.

Corrected an issue in the Filters modal for the Plot and 3D-Plot that prevented some well paths from being selected/un-selected.

New Shipment streams have been created that add 3 additional shipment tables to the Datalake containing different levels of shipment information including shipping details and the items/assets on the shipment.

Nigeria and its related states and municipalities can now be used for locations.

The BHA Items stream in the Datalake has been updated to indicate which side an item is listed on ('directional' or 'MWD') and the order/position the item is within the BHA string.

Anti-Collision has been updated and adds over 50 new tool codes with additions from the ISCWSA Error Model rev 5, FDIR (Superior QC) and OWSG continuous tool codes. Some of these additions are updated revisions to existing tool codes, so when searching, the revision number and date are displayed to easily identify the tool code needed.

Additional fields (Inclination, Azimuth, Dogleg, Motor Yield, Build Rate, Turn Rate, Surface Torque and True Vertical Depth) for a BHA are now included in the BHA export.

A new BHA POOH Reason, 'Curve Landed', has been added to the list of available options.

When linking well paths/plans between jobs, if a well plan is selected to be linked, it will now be automatically converted into an offset well path on the job it is linked to so that anti-collision can be ran against it.

Slides and rotates displayed in the Directional section will now include the distance drilled so that it is easier to quickly identify these distances when back-to-back slides and rotates occur.

The slides and rotates stream in the Datalake has been updated to include the 'Surface Torque' value.

The job hole size diameter field for a job now supports up to 3 decimal place precision to enable entering measurements down to 1/8 inch increments.

Performance updates have been made to the well path sections of a job that will greatly reduce the time the system needs to process uploading surveys to a well path or linking well paths between jobs.

Corrected an issue with work orders containing a 'Diameter Measurements' field that would cause all entered measurements to display the first entered value after saving or printing a work order.

Jobs can now be associated (linked) to other jobs within the system; providing a way to easily share and use the 'linked' well plan, well path and/or polyline data as offsets for anti-collision purposes. Once well information has been linked together, any modifications made to the original well data will be automatically applied to the offsets of all the jobs that have been joined together. This capability should greatly reduce the amount of time needed to setup and maintain anti-collision information as well as help to prevent mistakes from occurring, particularly for pad drilling jobs where data for each well is often used as offsets for the other jobs in the same area.

Additional search fields ('Name' and 'ID') have been added to the tool code picker to assist in locating specific tool codes faster.

Corrected an issue that prevented the modification of basic job information for older jobs that were tied to bids that were archived.

Added a new asset connection type 'XT54'.

The Asset List has been modified so that any assets that have a 'retired' status will no longer show up by default when the list first loads. To view these retired assets, the 'retired' status needs to be selected in the 'Current Status' filter options.

If using the 'Copy Job' functionality to setup new jobs, additional fields are now copied over from the original job. These new fields include 'County', 'State/Province', 'Timezone', 'Hole Size', 'North Reference', 'Rig Floor Elevation', 'Realtime Enabled' and the 'Default Realtime Dashboard' selected.

Based on customer feedback, the company type 'Drilling Company' has been updated throughout the system to 'Directional Company' so that it better describes the type of organization it is representing/referring to.

When exporting BHAs from the Job List, the resulting export files now include the serial numbers for all components that are assembled on to this parent BHA Item (applies to assets only).

Updated the Start and End Date range fields for adding daily activities, surveys, slides or rotates to correct an issue where changing one of these date fields would sometimes cause the other date field to automatically change to an invalid date for the range.

The 'Agitator' and 'Incident' fields in the BHA stream that indicate if a BHA was marked as having an incident flagged or an agitator used, have been converted from 'string' fields to boolean.

Updates have been made to the data streams to ensure the all fields have the correct precision set to accurately represent the data they contain.

When completing work orders, in addition to the red 'Required' indicators on the left, each field that is required to be completed will also have a red label. This helps to easily identify what fields are required when filling out a work order without having to scroll back up to view the left side information.

The field tickets stream has been updated so that it correctly includes the name for each billing item type.

Corrected an issue that resulted in and error when attempting to download the Slide/Rotate XLSX Report for a specific well path.

The BHA items stream now includes the item's top and bottom connection types.

The drilling company that was entered for a job is now included in the jobs stream.

Each survey in the surveys stream now includes its deviation from the plan (high/low, left/right) information.

The relationship between a well path and well plan has been modified so when associating a different well plan to a well path, modifying points on an existing well plan that is associated to a well path or removing the well plan associated with a well path; the survey deviations for high/low/left/right are automatically updated.

Corrected and issue on the BHA Mud Motor report that resulted in the Manufacturer to display 'N/A' for rig item motors even if a manufacturer was set.

Modifications were made to the shipment export to correctly handle shipments containing rig items without serial numbers.

Mexico and its related states and municipalities can now be used for locations.

Added new asset connection types 'XT40', 'XTF39' and 'XTF40'.

The recent update to Anti-Collision prevented the 'Survey Comparisons' table from highlighting the background color of SF's that were within the 'Stop Drilling' range.

Updated how the generic 'Search' field for assets functions so when searching for asset properties that are defined on work orders (i.e. 'Bend Angle' for Fixed Bend Housings), the expected results are consistently returned.

The BHA's Depth In and Depth Out fields are now auto-populated as part of the 'Refresh Activity Data' functionality to help prevent data entry mistakes when creating BHAs. This information is populated by analyzing all of the drilling activities (surveys/slides/rotates) between the BHA's Date/Time In and Date/Time Out and finding the appropriate depths.

The UI/UX around the different places information is collected for Anti-Collision has been improved so it is more relevant. Examples include when finding and adding Tool Codes, they can now be searched for by their specific ID; entering in magnetic qualifiers with a future date is valid; and the 'Intensity' field has been updated to always capture data in nanoteslas (nT). Improvements have also been made in the handling of North Reference for more scenarios.

When the Job Inventory report is generated, the 'DH' and 'OJ' day statuses for each item listed are only displayed for the days up to the current date..

Shipments which have been shipped to a location can now be uncompleted and adjustments made without having to receive the shipment first at its destination.

Updated how asset history is sorted so that shipments that have been created but not yet shipped are always displayed in the appropriate location in history.

The recent update to rig items that resulted in some rig item details no longer included in the BHA stream has been resolved.

Various streams now include the base URL for your Drakewell site, giving the ability to create links to specific information within Drakewell through the different tools used to analyze and represent the analytics data.

The job's Hole Size information is now included in the jobs stream.

A new 'Stabilizer' option has been added to the BHA's 'Bit To Distances' drop-down list.

The recent update to rig items that resulted in some rig item details no longer included in the BHA stream has been resolved.

Modified the asset search functionality so when searching for a specific location using the 'Location' field query, the assets that are at the entered location are returned.

When editing a job on a mobile device, the Job Number can now be adjusted for job types that are configured to allow the number to be set manually.

Updated the Job Performance report and printing functionality to handle job's that contain a large number of BHAs.

Building on the new features and functionality that were added for Job Inventory and Shippable Rig Items, a new Job Inventory report has been added to the Inventory section on a job. This new report lists all of the assets and rig items, grouped by vendor, that have been on job within a specified time range. For each of these items; you can see the days they were on location, down hole and how many BHA hours they accumulated.

A new 'Per Run' Quantity Type has been added as an option for Billing Item Types.

The activities stream now includes information indicating whether the activity contributed to circulating hours, rotating hours, sliding hours or NPT.

Updated the slide/rotate, survey and activities streams to correctly calculate and represent the time spans in hours.

A previous update modified how and when job day numbers get assigned for days on a job. All job reports have now been updated to take into account the new job day number functionality so only days that are numbered are included in these reports.

Corrected an issue introduced in the previous Job Inventory and Shippable Rig Items update that caused the life hours and service hours for assets to incorrectly display the totals if they were put on BHAs with rig items. Asset service hours and life hours were still accurately tracked and will automatically update to the correct totals after this update.

The BHA reports can now correctly handle BHA's that don't have a bit added to them.

Updated a display issue with the BHA Depth graphs on the Job Performance section.

The assets section for a job has been completely updated and expanded so it displays all inventory (assets, BHA rig items and job rig items) that currently are or were on location. In addition to this, BHA's have been improved and now rig items created for a specific BHA are added to the Job Inventory and selectable on other BHA's through a new 'Rig Item Picker'. Shipments have also been modified so rig items can be shipped around between vendors, jobs and other locations; similar to assets. For well plans, a Vertical Section Plane Azimuth can now be recorded so when viewing the 3D plot, the Vertical Section can be calculated when viewing a well plan.

The field ticket report now rounds all quantity values to 3 decimal places (thousandths) to prevent display issues when the report is printed.

Updated the Add/Modify Personnel functionality on the job timeline so when scheduling people for a job, it correctly displays personnel whose position doesn't have any levels.

If Anti-Collision is enabled for a job, then validation has been added that requires at least one Hole Size to be entered for the job since the Anti-Collision calculations are dependent on the job's Max Hole Size.

Each activity row in the Daily Activities section(s) now includes a visual indicator to show if the specific activity contributes to off-bottom circulating hours (C), rotating hours (R), sliding hours (S) and/or NPT (N) without having to navigate into each activity individually.

Corrected the Surface Margin units so that it correctly converts between imperial and metric units.

Updated the cross-job Slide/Rotate export so that it correctly calculates the duration in hours of each slide and rotate.

Building on the new features and functionality that were added for Job Daily Activities a couple deployments ago, activities can now be configured to by default contribute to to circulating (off bottom) hours, rotating hours, sliding hours or NPT based on the job type and the activity category it is being added to. Checks have been put in place to ensure manually entered job numbers follow the same guidelines and rules as auto-generated job numbers.

Corrected and issue that prevented NPT from being automatically calculated and set when clicking 'Refresh Activity Data'.

Updated the UI for adding billing items to the field ticket as a recent update made it appear that the same billing item could be added multiple times to a field ticket.

The outer diameter for individual assets is now available in the asset streams.

Mud motor and rotary steerable tables are now available and provide detailed information for each asset type pulled from their corresponding work orders.

Rotary steerable specific information has been added to the asset and BHA streams.

The warning that is displayed when changing the job type for an existing job with daily activities is more informative and explains in better detail the changes that will be made if the job type is changed.

Modified the asset streams to retrieve the correct asset size for all asset types.

Corrected an issue from a previous update that prevented company addresses from being added or modified for a company.

Updated the job daily reports and EOW report to handle scenarios where the day's starting and ending depth are different but there wasn't any drilling done on that day.

Resolved a problem with the Realtime toolface display not showing any markers.

The job's daily activities have been completely updated so that individual activities can be configured and setup on a per-job basis. In addition to this, when activities are added to a job, users have the ability to specify/override if the specific activity should contribute to circulating (off bottom) hours, rotating hours, sliding hours or NPT. Together these improvements provide the ability to fully customize and fine tune the daily activities for each job and ensure that hours and NPT time are accurately accounted for on each BHA. The anti-collision functionality has been updated and expanded to now include our separation factor feature set. This is the beta release so you will continue to see improvements in the coming weeks, but we wanted to get it out to our customer base as we know this is a highly anticipated feature! As part of the new anti-collision functionality, data validation for magnetic qualifiers and latitude has also been updated to ensure reasonable values. It is possible that existing data fell outside these ranges, which could result in an error while calculating anti-collision. Disabled the browser auto-complete functionality for various fields throughout the system where it doesn't make sense to show previously entered values.

The method to calculate the distance drilled for a BHA has been modified so that instead of being the difference of the BHA's Depth Out and Depth In; it is now based off the sum of all rotates and slides that occurred between the BHA's Date/Time In and Date/Time Out. This allows for accurate distances when the same BHA is used for the original hole and sidetracks.

A new 'Per Week' and 'Per Month' Quantity Type has been added as an option for Billing Item Types.

Various fields have been updated throughout the system that needed extra precision for the information they were collecting.

When logging into Drakewell, helpful information is now displayed about the credential requirements (i.e. user names are case-sensitive, etc.).

How job day numbers are set has been modified so that for each 'Day Block' in the job day selector, if there is an activity on that day, then that day will be counted as a job day and have a number set regardless of the day's status (i.e. active or standby). The only exception to this would be if there were not any activities on that day because nothing occurred on that day that indicated it was an active or standby day.

The BHA's NPT is now auto-calculated based off the daily activities that occurred while the BHA was down hole and filled in when using the 'Refresh Activity Data' functionality on a BHA.

The previously selected dashboard and toolface are now remembered and automatically set when navigating away and then back to the Realtime section.

Video files can now be uploaded and added as attachments throughout the system.

The same asset can no longer be selected multiple times for different components of the same asset type on work orders.

The work order information displayed in an asset's history has been expanded to provide additional details without having to view the work order. Work orders will now show who created the work order, the Technicians that added time to the work order (through the time tracking functionality) and who the last person to complete the work order was.

Fixed a issue where changes to the hole section classifications or other well path properties would not properly update well path related properties in the slides and rotates or the survey analytics streams.

Eliminated a specific scenario where a job could potentially be created without a job number being assigned to it.

Shipments listed in the Assets section of a job can now be opened and displayed in a new tab without causing an error.

New BHA tables have been added that provide key details about the state of specific items (Mud Motors, Rotary Steerables and Bits) that are put on a BHA. Additionally for each asset that is added to a BHA, the asset's components at the time the BHA was assembled are available.

New fields have been added to all tables that contain the date/time for an item in the job's time zone (in addition to the current date/time in UTC for each item).

New fields have been added to the work order table that contains the life hours, service hours, repair cost, hours adjustment and reference number for a specific work order if applicable. A new work order table has also been added that contains all of the assets that are effected or referenced on a work order (i.e. component assets on an assembly).

Based on customer feedback, the Toolface and Convergence Angle fields have been updated to support entering and displaying values from 0° to 180° and 0° to -180° as this is the more common way it is represented. If a value greater than 180° is entered, then it will be automatically converted to the corresponding value between 0° and -180°.

Corrected an issue on a previous update that caused the Personnel Utilization section to throw an error and not load.

Fixed an issue where personnel could not be scheduled to a job, depending on the job's start date in correlation with a field hand's hire date.

The Daily Activities tab(s) include a new column that shows when specific BHAs were down hole and for what activities. This helps to prevent data entry mistakes by visibly lining up BHAs and their Date/Time In and Out with the correct activities. Clicking on a BHA will open a modal window where the BHA's Status, Date/Time In and Out, Depth In/Out and Hours can be viewed or adjusted without having to navigate to the BHA's details page. Within the BHA modal you can choose to refresh the BHA's activity data which will re-calculate the BHA Run Summary information automatically and take you to the BHA's details page for review.

If an asset was added and then subsequently removed from a BHA, shipment or work order; that action is now recorded and shown in the asset's history. When an asset has been added to a BHA but that BHA doesn't have a Date/Time In specified, the BHA will show as Staged in the asset's history.

The static image that is displayed for a job when Realtime isn't enabled has been updated so that it is more obvious that it isn't actual data.

Fixed an issue where the asset type links on the Asset Tracking page would not always correctly filter for the selected assets when clicked.

Individual points on a well plan are now modifiable through the system and can be added, edited or deleted from a well plan.

When searching for jobs and viewing the results, the number of jobs that are listed per page is now adjustable to reduce the need of having to navigate through multiple pages.

A new 'Name' field has been added to the current list of search filters on the Personnel list page. This new filter will only return the personnel that have a name matching the entered value and will not query other fields on personnel like the general 'Search' filter does.

Updated how mobile attachments are handled for iOS devices so that multiple photos can be taken and added to Drakewell without overwriting the previously uploaded photos.

Corrected an error that would occur when attempting to create a job and entering Hole Size and Magnetic Qualifier Tracking information.

To help in situations where an asset was accidentally created with the wrong serial number or asset type, if the asset has only been initialized in the system and doesn't have any other history (i.e. other work orders, shipments, etc.), it can now be deleted.

When a shipment or work order is canceled, it will now be sorted and displayed in the asset's history based off the original Completed At date (for work orders) or Shipped/Received date (for shipments) instead of the Canceled At date.

The Directional and MWD BHA Reports now include the BHA's Avg Slide ROP, Avg Rotate ROP and Incident Notes.

The well path you were viewing or working with on the Directional section is now remembered so that if you navigate away from the Directional section and then come back; the previous well path is now automatically selected and displayed.

An individual survey's information including details, the deviation from plan and center-to-center distances for any anti-collision well paths can now be quickly viewed without having to leave the Directional section. This information can be displayed by hovering over a survey link and selecting the 'i' icon, clicking the Survey Information button on the Current Survey or clicking the Projection Information button on the Projection to Bit.

Corrected an issue on the job's asset section where the specific BHAs an asset was put on would not always be shown.

If a work order is created and then completed in a single step (i.e. it wasn't created, saved and then completed at a later date), it will now send out a notification when the work order is completed.

The Magnetic Qualifier Tracking information that is tracked for a job can also now be recorded for each anti-collision well path that has been added.

When setting up an anti-collision well path, the latitude and longitude can be tracked.

The North Adjustment and East Adjustment values for anti-collision well paths have been moved from the Upload Surveys modal to the Edit form so that when uploading a new set of offset well data, the previous values are remembered and do not have to be re-entered.

To prevent accidentally creating assets that appear to have the same serial number, serial numbers can no longer begin with a blank space, end with a blank space or have multiple blank spaces in succession.

Two new fields, Gravity and Convergence Angle, have been added to the Magnetic Qualifier Tracking section when editing a job. Based off customer feedback, Intensity has also been renamed to Total Intensity to better clarify what this value represents.

The polyline import now allows a .csv file format in addition to the currently supported tab delimited .txt file.

To better highlight the Projection to Bit information on the Survey PDF report, it is now separated into its own section at the end of the report.

Resolved an issue where an item in an asset's history was incorrectly highlighted as the currently viewed item.

Canceled supplemental shipments that were auto-generated by the system if an asset is marked as Hold or Return no longer cause an asset's history to error.

In certain scenarios, navigating between different browser tabs to view/modify directional projections and selecting these points on the plot would cause an error.

Updated how polyline distances are calculated so they can accurately handle if there are duplicate coordinates entered in the Polyline data.

The history that is displayed for assets has been updated to be more informative and assist in tracking down issues with asset statuses and current location. These updates include color coding BHAs, shipments and work orders based on their status and showing canceled work orders as part of the asset's history so that it is easy to see if something was removed from history. Other improvements include showing a 'paper-clip' icon next to a BHA, shipment or work order in an asset's history if there are attachments associated with it.

The ability to track hard lines, lease lines or drilling windows for a job is now supported. For more information on this new functionality please see our New Polyline Feature blog post.

More visibility and control over when specific actions in the system auto-spawn work orders as been added. Now when completing a work order or shipment that spawns a new work order, the system will display a confirmation modal indicating what work orders will be created and if you want them auto-spawned.

The BHA details page now displays the Run Summary section(s) regardless of the BHA's status (i.e. 'Open' or 'Completed'); allowing field hands to record and save information as it is received without having to mark the BHA as 'Completed' and fill out every field. Once the BHA is marked as 'Completed', then all Run Summary section(s) are validated as usual.

When a well path is created on a job, the color that is used to represent it on the plots can be user defined.

Corrected and error that would occur if a widget on the dashboard didn't have a value selected but the dashboard was saved.

A recent deployment issue that prevented the editing/deleting of a Tie in Point on a Well Path has been resolved.

When Realtime is enabled for a job, the add survey window now gives the option to create a survey by selecting the appropriate survey data that is provided from Realtime.

The permissions/roles surrounding work orders have been completely updated so that individual roles can be configured and setup on a per-work order basis for each possible action (i.e. create, save, un-complete, cancel). In addition to customizing the base service roles functionality for work orders, new custom work order roles can also be created and configured. Together these improvements provide the ability to fully customize and fine tune the permissions around asset work flows, ensuring accuracy and helping to prevent mistakes. Canceling or Un-Completing shipments and work orders has the potential to drastically effect an asset's history so warnings have been added when attempting to perform these actions to confirm you want to proceed and prevent accidentally making unintended changes.

On work orders that show the component assets of a parent, if one of these components is made up of its own subcomponents (i.e. a sub-assembly), these subcomponent assets are now displayed. This will make it easier to identify and correct when an asset contains the wrong subcomponents before it is too late.

Corrected an issue where it was possible for a BHA Item Incident notification to not be sent out if an item on an open BHA was marked as having an incident but nothing else was changed.

Resolved an issue that prevented a work order from correctly pulling information for an asset if an attachment was added to that work order first, but then nothing else was modified.

Corrected an issue that allowed work orders to be marked and saved as completed even if the the Diameter/Fit fields were marked as required but values were not entered.

A recent update that resulted in the Reassign Asset work order throwing an error when attempting to save and complete has been resolved.

Based on customer feedback, the available BHA Mud options have been expanded so field hands can be more specific on the type of mud being used.

After selecting a location to view the asset tracking breakdown, the label above the asset type percentages now shows the selected location.

Corrected an issue that would occur when attempting to copy a BHA that contained assets that didn't have any BHA Details entered.

The Vertical Section column is now populated for each survey in the well path export.

Asset history is extremely important because it ensures that assets have the correct status, location and hours. To help keep this history accurate, the asset's history can now quickly be displayed wherever the asset serial number is displayed. Next to an asset's serial number is a 'clock' icon that when clicked will show the asset's history in a fly-out modal without having to navigate to the asset's history page.

The asset picker that is used throughout the system (i.e. work orders, shipments, BHAs) now shows the different filters and requirements that are bing applied when listing the assets that are available to be chosen.

Increased the maximum allowed size for attachments to 20MB.

A new 'Drilling Company' field has been added to the Job Edit page so that if the job isn't manned by your company, the drilling company can be chosen.

Updated how modal windows are displayed and handled on mobile devices so that they are easier to use.

Corrected and issue in the last deployment that caused the job performance report to print as a blank page.

A number of small usability improvements have been made to the 3D Plot and its controls.

International support has been expanded to now include locations in France, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the Ukraine for both jobs and companies.

The asset pickers used on work orders, shipments and BHAs have quick key support so that you can choose an asset or navigate between pages with the up/down arrow keys and then select an asset with the 'enter' key.

Updated the bid approval process so that users with the Bid Create Edit role can now modify bids with an 'Approved' status. Once an approved bid as been edited, it will go back to a 'Pending' status until someone with the Bid Approve role approves it again.

The fixed column headers on the directional section's surveys/slides/rotates and target projections tables handle the data within the column better and prevent overlapping of information that would sometimes happen depending on the screen size of the device.

The UI/UX around uploading surveys to a well path has been updated so that it is more clear on what each of the options do and when they should be used. The 'Activity Category' option has been removed when uploading surveys because based on customer feedback, there isn't a need to bulk upload survey information and have it be part of the daily activities.

Work order components that are removed because of a modification to how the overall assembly is setup/configured are now set with the correct status and put back into inventory.

Updated the 'Copy' functionality on initialization work orders so that the work order that was created will have a subsequent work order number and not be the same as the original work order number.

Resolved an issue where work orders that contained a 'Yes/No' field would not set the value to 'No' if the work order was auto-spawned.

New well paths can now be quickly created from an existing survey on a well path for pad drilling and sidetracking. After selecting a survey on the Directional section to view its details, clicking the 'New Path From Here' button will open a window to create a new well path. When this new well path is created, its Tie in Point is set to the survey information used to initiate this new well path.

Modifications have been made to the daily field tickets for a job so that assets and/or personnel can be tagged on individual field ticket line items or for the entire invoice, letting field personnel indicate if particular charges are for specific assets or personnel.

An overhaul of how our asset tracking engine operates has been completed to better handle the ever increasing complexities of asset work-flows. These updates will more accurately handle the different processes an asset can go through (especially around asset re-assemblies), ensuring an asset's status is correctly set and helping to prevent mistakes.

A new drilling distances graphic has been added to the Run Report section on a BHA that displays distance slid, distance rotated and total distance drilled. This graphic makes it easy to quickly identify data mistakes when completing a BHA by visually showing when the sum of the distance rotated and slid do not equal total distance drilled.

When viewing existing slides on a well path in the Directional section, we now display the tool face type (Gravity or Magnetic) in the list.

The available position types for job contacts (non-Drakewell personnel) on a job have been expanded to include 'MUD Engineer' and 'Completions Engineer'.

Updated how the Depth Based Strip Charts represent data so that the information collected is better distributed through the entire strip chart window.

On work orders that assemble component assets together into a parent asset, a component asset can now be removed from the assembly without having to swap it out with another component.

Through testing we discovered another possible scenario not addressed in the previous update to address extremely large motor yields on the Directional section.

Corrected an issue on a previous update that accidentally removed the actual name/type of the work order in a new work order's header.

Resolved an issue where work orders that were initiated by a user (instead of the system) wouldn't accurately report internal and external failures to our MTBF.

The BHA Directional and MWD sections have been updated so that the BHA's Date Time In/Out and Depth In/Out can be manually entered or adjusted in either side now. This improvement allows field hands on MWD only jobs to fill out everything needed within the MWD section of their BHA and not have to go to the Directional side to enter in times and depths. An important thing to remember is that there is still only a single BHA Date Time In/Out and Depth In/Out and any updates made to these fields are reflected on both sides.

When viewing surveys on the Directional or Daily Activities sections, there is now a 'View on 3D Plot' link for each survey listed that takes you to the 3D Plot view and navigates to the selected survey on the well path. This link is visible by either hovering over the 'Survey' link or in the 'Edit Survey' window.

The operator for a job has been added to the job header.

A 'default' Realtime dashboard can be set when creating or editing a job so that if a user doesn't have the Realtime Dashboard Modify role, they can only view and access the default dashboard.

Corrected an issue that could possibly result in the calculated motor yield on the Directional section to be an extremely large number.

Corrected an issue where the Realtime dashboard would go blank when toggling the full-screen option.

Resolved a visual bug on the strip charts that would sometimes result in multiple horizontal gray lines appearing.

The Well Paths section now correctly clears out the well plan field if the current well plan has been deselected.

Updated the multi-line text fields on work orders so that if there isn't any text entered, they will remain a minimum height that is easily clicked in to enter information.

Filters have been added to the 3D Plot that allow displaying only particular well paths, well plans or anti-collision paths.

The 'Refresh Activity Data' button on a BHA has been updated so that it is more visible.

Additional fields have been added to the BHA Run Summary that collect min/max values for Inclination, Azimuth, TVD, Dogleg, Motor Yield, Build Rate, Turn Rate and Surface Torque. This information will pull automatically from the corresponding surveys/slides/rotates or can be manually entered on a BHA.

The line widths on the strip charts have been decreased so that it easier to distinguish them apart from each other if multiple overlap.

'Surface' has been added as an option when working with well patch section classifications.

Field personnel now have the ability to cancel, un-cancel or un-complete work orders for assets at their current job location without needing Asset permissions.

When surveys are uploaded to a well path, their 'Activity Category' is now automatically set to the default option selected for that well path.

The login page has had a design overhaul so that it is cleaner and validation messages are easier to read across all devices.

The available timezones that jobs can be in has been expanded to include recently added countries.

The filters available on the Realtime Dashboard are now book-markable so that they can bookmarked, emailed or shared to other users.

Updated the way state and province are handled in the system to prevent issues where the same province or state in two different countries had the same abbreviation.

Corrected an error that would occur when viewing the 'Directional' page for a job that didn't have any well paths associated with it.

Work Orders in the Quick View list on a job's Asset tab now show the Work Order's main asset serial number.

Australia and its related provinces can now be used for locations.

Survey Imports now only require the ID header in the csv file when Updating Existing Surveys. A link to an import template file has also been added to assist with survey uploads.

The print layout for work orders has been improved.

The Mud Motor Reports for the selected date ranges of an End of Well Report are now included in the compiled report.

An effective date field has been added to Bids. When set this field will be printed on the Bid as the effective date instead of date the bid was printed.

BHA Numbers can now be edited after they are automatically generated. Unique numbers are still required for all BHAs.

When an approved bid is edited and saved the bid will revert back to Pending status. Additionally users with the Bid Create/Edit role can now copy an Approved bid.

When creating or editing personnel, verbiage to designate contractor status and history is now available. Employee number is no longer a required field.

Additional company type categorization is now available for Vendor company types; Inspection, and Consumables.

The job header now shows the Operator field.

Where appropriate the Job location link now points to the Assets tab in a job instead of the Summary tab.

A new field ticket summary report to the field tickets. This report summarizes all field tickets for a date range into a concise report without the daily billing totals. For Billing Items which have rate changes during the life cycle of a job will be split into separate rows in the report.

The surveys/slides/rotates on well paths can now be divided up into the different hole section classifications (vertical, intermediate, curve, lateral, tangent, drop, sidetrack) that they fall into.

Personnel with the 'Job Modify' role no longer need the 'Company View' and 'User View' roles to create or edit a job.

When creating or editing a job, a 'North Reference' (with options of 'Grid North', 'True North' and 'Magnetic North') can now be specified and will be a part of the survey report/export.

Based on user feedback, we have went through and performed a great deal of mobile updates that will make working with Drakewell on a mobile device even easier.

We have updated the unauthorized messages that go along with the role modifications that were deployed in our last update so that it is clearer when trying to access content that you are not authorized to view.

Corrected an issue that would occur when a 'Bit To' measurement was edited, resulting in the entry being duplicated.

Creating, editing or deleting a target on a well path should now require the the 'Job Modify Data' role.

When deleting an existing well path, the delete confirmation message has been updated to provide more information about the selected well path to prevent accidental deleting the wrong one.

Resolved an issue that would cause work orders with 'Last Job' information to error when trying to search or view them.

Work orders can now be configured to have a special 'Add Hours' field, giving you the ability to add additional hours to an asset outside of a BHA. For more information or to set this up for a work order, please contact support@drakewell.us.

International support has been expanded in Drakewell to now include locations in India, Pakistan, Russia and the United Kingdom for both jobs and companies. When working with job details, the County field has been converted from a text field to a drop-down list that is automatically updated based on the selected Country and State/Province options.

The 'Assets' tab within a job now gives quick access to the inbound shipments and active/completed work orders for the any assets that are on location. This enables field personnel to easily find inbound shipments or active work orders they need to complete (i.e. strapping work orders) without having to navigate elsewhere in the system to find them.

Any assets that are components and part of an assembly will now show a status of 'Assembled' when they are put on a parent asset; regardless of what status the parent asset is in. This will help prevent confusion in certain scenarios such as when an asset's status is set to 'Dirty in Shop' even though it was still assembled on a parent asset and therefore couldn't be inspected or serviced until the parent was disassembled.

Billing Item Types now have a new 'Accounting Code' field that can be used to enter a reference number/code for the billing item that can be used when cross referencing other accounting systems. This new field is also part of the Bid and Job Invoice exports.

A new 'Per Tool' Quantity Type has been added as an option for Billing Item Types. This can be used for the billing of assets (other than a basic motor) on an individual basis.

CSV (.csv) files can now be uploaded as attachments in the system.

When importing surveys on an existing well path, if the 'Append to Existing Surveys' option selected, the system will check and validate if the survey file contains a survey with the same MD as an existing survey already on the well path. The validation is also applied when importing surveys on a new well path and will check if the survey file contains multiple surveys with the same MD.

Rig items that have been added to a BHA now show their Serial Number and Type just like assets. This helps quickly identify rig items that need to be switched with an asset.

The individual shipments on the Inbound, Outbound and All Shipments sections now display the 'Shipping Notes' in their summary.

Resolved an issue that could cause a search error when filtering for particular sizes on the asset search page.

Corrected an issue where the Audit History for companies would not display.

Notifications have been updated so that they are no longer delivered to personnel whose accounts have been terminated.

The add attachments button will only be available after the shipment has been saved for the first time, thus allowing the attachment to be tied to the shipment number.

Updated all of the search filter sections so they no longer randomly collapse; except for when clicking on the specific filter's header.

Drop-down fields on work orders that do not require a selection can now have their value be un-selected once an initial value has been set without causing a 'required' validation error.

Exported surveys from a well path can now be re-imported to the same well path for an easier and quicker way to perform mass updates to existing survey data.

Updated all the places in the system that display directional data so that they show consistent decimal place precision.

Corrected an issue where a target projection on a well path would use the wrong survey as a starting point if a survey's time entry put it at the end of the well path but it's MD was actually less than the previous survey.

Fixed the Parent History section so that the correct parent asset type is always shown.

The Approved Bid rule has been updated to now also take into account which operator has been selected on a bid.

A new Company View role has been added to provide more control over who can view the list of companies within the system.

When viewing the history for an asset, the name of the technician who last modified the work order will be shown in that history item's details.

The inbound and outbound shipments for a specific location have been improved so that the 'From' and 'To' locations are more easily visible. Badges have also been added so that you can quickly identify which shipments have all of their assets ready and which shipments are tool orders and how many items still need to be fulfilled.

Updated the Asset Export so that columns which don't have unit specific information will display the values correctly.

Corrected the 'See Full Parent History' link on an asset's summary to take you to the asset's parent history instead of the component history.

Updated the Job Map and Timeline exports so that they have the same export options as what is available on the Job List section.

When searching for a shipment, the 'From Location' and 'To Location' search fields are no longer case-sensitive.

Resolved an issue where a shipment could sometimes not be successfully received if it contained parts.

A new projection method has been added that lets you enter course length, motor yield, toolface and slide distance and then calculates the projected path these parameters would yield.

Corrected an issue where open BHAs would require a 'POOH Reason' even though that section is only applicable on a completed BHA.

Updated the Mud Motor report so that it correctly shows the 'POOH Reason' that was selected on the BHA and any POOH Notes that were entered.

When editing a job, the customer picker is no longer disabled if you have the Bid View role.

Based on customer feedback, the 'POOH Reason' on the BHA Run Summary has been converted from a single text field to a preset list of options that a user can select from. This keeps POOH reasons consistent across jobs and BHAs, which is useful when analyzing and comparing data.

A new Bid View role has been added to provide more control over who can view bids within the system. This new role is required to view any bid information or select/modify bid information when creating a job.

Page title's have been added to the system so that when looking at the browser's page history, you can now easily identify the different pages within Drakewell that were last visited. If your browser supports tabs, then this information is also displayed in the tab header - helping to identify Drakewell tabs if multiple are open.

A new Job Attachments role has been added that gives field users the ability to add attachments at the job level without needing the 'Job Modify' role (which allows access to the 'Job Edit' section).

Corrected an issue where the MWD side of a BHA doesn't show any items on the BHA MWD Open report unless there are items added on the Directional side.

A small update in our last deployment that resulted in some of the exports containing duplicate rows was resolved.

Updated how job attachments are added/removed so that if there are issues with the information on the page, attachments can still be modified.

Updated the Job Scheduled notification to no longer send out notifications for non-job time.

The initialization work order for an asset can now be copied so that you can easily and quickly create multiple assets of the same type and that have similar details.

The Drakewell deployment process has been underwent drastic changes to reduce the amount of scheduled downtime when new features and updates are pushed out to Drakewell instances. During a deployment, you will notice more informative pages explaining that a deployment is current in progress and once the deployment is finished, the system will provide alerts if there are new features and you need to refresh your browser.

The BHA exports now include any MWD assets and rig items that were added to the BHA's.

Validation has been added to the Hours section on BHAs to prevent blank Circ, Rotating and Sliding hours from being added to a BHA.

All BHA reports have been updated to now have a column to show the Fish-neck Length for all BHA items that have been added.

The QTY field for Billing Type items on the daily Field Tickets now supports decimal values such as 1.5 or 2.25.

Removed the 'Motor Failure' display from the Mud Motor report as this information isn't known until the motor has been disassembled and inspected.

When clicking on point on a job's plot, the 'More Information' display correctly aligns all information so that nothing overlaps if there isn't any anti-collision details. The 'close' button on the More Information display has also been updated to be more visible.

When adding target projections to a well path, checks have been put in place to prevent accidentally creating targets that project out to extremely large distances (TVD greater than 50,000 feet) and can cause the Directional page to become unresponsive as the system calculates a very large interpolated path.

Work orders now have the ability to show circulating hours, rotating hours, sliding hours, distance drilled, distance rotated, distance slid, BHA count, rate of penetration, rotating rate of penetration and sliding rate of penetration from the last BHA the asset was on. The asset's parent history tab now correctly shows parent history instead of component history.

Corrected an issue where the BHA's Total Length wouldn't update as items where added, edited or removed until the BHA was saved.

Updated the BHA export so that it correctly breaks down the billing estimate totals when taking into account timezones.

Resolved an issue where component assets would sometimes still behave as if they were assembled on their parent asset after a disassembly work order was completed.

If a field ticket containing billing items is created for a day and then those billing items are all removed, the day will no longer appear as having billing items in the day picker and the green triangle indicator will be removed. The Field Ticket report has also been updated to reflect these same changes.

Corrected an issue where the system exports would only include data from the currently viewed page number to the last page. Now regardless of the page you are viewing, the exports will include all results from the first to last page.

Corrected an issue where the Rig options on the Job Edit section only showed the first 10 rigs in the system.

Corrected an issue where the Shipping Template options on a shipment didn't show all available options in the system.

Fix and issue that was causing the Work Order's main Audit History from displaying.

A new survey export has been added to the Job Search page and functions similar to the other exports in Drakewell. This export contains all surveys for any well paths that are of type 'Directional', basic job information and the corresponding BHA information that was down hole when the survey was taken (matched off the date/time for the BHA and survey).

A new slide/rotate export has been added to the Job Search page and functions similar to the other exports in Drakewell. This export contains all slide/rotates for any well paths that are of type 'Directional', basic job information and the corresponding BHA information that was down hole when the survey was taken (matched off the date/time for the BHA and survey).

The surveys on a well path are now exportable into a CSV file so that they can be more easily re-imported into Drakewell or other software programs.

When creating a new well plan or well path, you can now import survey data that was exported from the Well Path Survey Export functionality. This can be useful during pad drilling and you want to use the surveys from an existing job in Drakewell as an offset well for a new job. This feature also gives you the ability to import well plan points or surveys from other software programs or manually create them yourself as long as they are in the same format as Drakewell's Well Path Survey Export CSV file.

Asset work orders can now be setup and configured to include helpful notes, instructions, images and links which can be used to explain procedures and processes to follow when completing a work order.

Added the name of the BHA to the BHA header on these reports.

The BHA export has been expanded to include more information. On the BHAs sheet we have added 'BHA Name', Distance Rotated', 'Distance Slid', '% Distance Rotating', '% Distance Slid', '% Hours Sliding', '% Hours Rotating' and 'Billing Estimate'. The 'Billing Estimate column is calculated by taking the daily field ticket amounts that were completing while the BHA was down hole and proportionally (based on how many hours of the day they were down hole) applying them to BHAs. On the BHA Items sheet, a 'Manufacturer' and 'Vendor' have been added for all items.

When adding billing item types to a bid or job, we now show its 'Rate' in parenthesis so that they can be more easily identified if multiple billing item types have the same name.

The 'Customer' filter for Bids, Jobs, Job Timeline and Job Map now also shows the customer type in parenthesis so that they can be more easily identified if multiple customers have the same name.

The management pages for Billing Item Types, Companies, Districts, Parts, Plays, Rigs and Shipping Templates have been enhanced so that they can be searched/filtered by different criteria such as name or archive status.

The cover sheet of the printed bid has been modified so that the 'District Manager' contact information is formatted the same as the 'Sales Representative' contact information.

Validation and warning messages have been added to prevent multiple surveys from being created with the same 'Sensor Depth' and to prevent a survey from being created with a 'Sensor Depth' that is less than the tie in point's 'Survey Depth'.

Updated the 'Default Directional Category' label on the Well Paths page for an existing well path to 'Default Activity Category' so that it matches the label for the same field on the new well path form.

Updated the archiving functionality for Billing Item Types, Companies, Districts, Parts, Plays, Rigs and Shipping Templates so that if they are archived, they will no longer show up as options in the system. We have also updated the management screens for each so that an 'archived' item could be 'un-archived' if needed.

The 'Average (AVG) Total ROP' value on the Daily and BHA reports are now all labeled and calculated the same way. We have also removed the field from the 'Bit Details' section on the Mud Motor report as it is already shown in the 'Motor Results' section.

Resolved an issue where surveys would be duplicated when editing and saving an existing well path that contained uploaded survey information.

To prevent discrepancies between a daily field ticket report and what is shown in the UI, the daily field ticket report can no longer be generated if changes have been made but not saved.

We have updated the logic around when surveys get re-calculated as there existed scenarios where an existing survey could be modified but not all affected surveys would be adjusted and therefore could result in some of the fields (N, E, TVD, etc) being incorrect.

Corrected the 'Depth Out' on the MWD BHA so that it displays the value in the correct Imperial units or Metric units.

Corrected the warning/validation messages when working with surveys so that they show a more detailed explanation of why they were not be saved.

A new field ticket export has been added to the Job Search page and functions similar to the other exports in Drakewell. The Excel version breaks apart the Field Ticket data into three sheets: the first containing every job and corresponding basic information, the second contains the items that were billed for on each field ticket for the jobs and the third contains all of the available billing items that could have been billed for on the jobs. These three sheets can be pivoted off each other by leveraging the Job Number available on all sheets. The CSV version contains the same data but combines the Jobs, Job Field Tickets and Available Field Ticket items into one giant table.

The Directional and Daily Activity screens have been updated so that you can more easily and quickly navigate around with various keyboard shortcuts.

A new notification option has been added that sends an email to a field hand when they have been scheduled to a job.

The Daily Summary report will now show the total billed for the day the report is ran for and the cumulative total billed for the job up to the current date and time.

Long Billing Item Type names now automatically wrap instead of being cut off on the report.

The job export now includes the contact information for fields hands that are scheduled to a job.

If using the Open BHA report as a BHA proposal, the BHA Start Date/Time are no longer needed for the Serial Number and Vendor columns to populate for items on the BHA.

Updated how the shipments are sorted on the All Shipments section so that once shipment numbers surpass 9999, they are still sorted correctly.

Corrected an issue that where the date range display on the Daily Summary report would show the wrong time range if the job and user where in different timezones.

Corrected an issue where the Start/End Time for a survey, slide, rotate or daily activity would not update to the selected date after being cleared.

Fixed an issue where a projection to target would not automatically recalculate the interpolated points from the latest survey if a there wasn't a well plan tied to the well path the target projection was for.

When adding a new survey/slide/rotate, the defaulted start time will now be able to take into account any daily activities that were added since the last survey/slide/rotate and set the start time accordingly.

The projection to bit based off the motor yield on the Directional page has been updated to now use only the last Motor Yield rather than looking at the last 3 Motor Yields for the projection calculation.

Based on great user feedback, we have added a lot of new functionality to our Traveling Cylinder. When looking at the traveling cylinder for a specific well path, we now show the tool-face for a survey and the calculated straight line distance between that survey and the well path's linked plan. If a target projection(s) have been added to the well path, the traveling cylinder now has the ability to 'travel' along these projections as well to see how they relate to the original plan. For projected points (displayed in gray instead of red), you can see name of the projected target and the same information as an actual drilled survey.

The daily activities page(s) have been updated so that any surveys, slides or rotates that were automatically added from the corresponding directional page can now be edited or deleted on that daily activity page. The ability to add new surveys, slides and rotates is still restricted to the directional page because of the additional tools/information (projections, traveling cylinder, etc.) that are only available on this page.

Updates have been made to the Well Path page to make working with well paths easier and help to prevent accidental deletes and overwrites of survey data. When importing surveys on a new or existing well path, instead of defaulting the survey's date/time to when they were imported, you can now specify this date/time so that they show up in the correct order on the directional page and in reports. If you choose to import surveys to a well path with existing data, you now have the option to replace the current surveys only, replace the current surveys/slides/rotates or to just add the surveys to the well path and leave the existing information in place. To help prevent the accidental deletion of well paths, we have made the warning a little more obvious and descriptive. There is also an added layer of protection to confirm that you want to delete the selected well path.

The Daily Summary report has been updated so that if a Daily Summary report contains BHAs, it will no longer split a single BHA between multiple pages. We have also removed the Level information for scheduled personnel.

The plot and 3D plots now show the current Deviation from Plan for the current selected survey or interpolated point on a projection to a target.

The Bid list can now be filtered by any bid tags that have been used to identify a bid. To filter the bids by a tag(s), simply click the bid tag in the upper right hand corner of a bid or find the bid tag in the new 'Tags' search filter option.

Better validation messages have been added to scheduling personnel so that it is more obvious when their scheduled dates are invalid.

Corrected an issue where file attachments that contained a pound symbol ('#') in the file name could not be deleted.

Fixed an issue where the Bit Size would potentially round to the nearest whole number depending on how it was setup in the configuration.

Made adjustments to the Day Picker to correct scenarios where the Day Picker would load without any days displayed in the scroll section or where the the first active day would not get counted as a Job Day if it was followed by a Standby Day.

Corrected an issue where certain work orders that made adjustments to assets with a dash ('-') in their serial number would not be listed in the asset's history.

The last Drakewell update accidentally removed the performance chart headings and labels on the printed reports. They should be back now.

We have completely updated the BHA page so that it is easier to use and groups the related information together better. With this new layout we can accommodate the additional information that is now being displayed for each item on the BHA and show the entire BHA string without the need to horizontally scroll the image.

If you haven't already noticed, we have made a slight change to the font Drakewell uses! The primary reason for this change is to get back some breathing room and prevent different pages from looking so cramped. This new font is also better supported on a wider range of devices so Drakewell will have a consistent look and feel on phones, tablets, etc.

To make navigating in Drakewell easier, we have went through and made the places that we display job identification information click-able links so you can quickly jump to view information about the job.

Added an 'Outer Diameter' field to the BHA Item Rig Motor.

All reports that show 'Wear Pad OD' have been updated to show a consistent label and value precision.

The BHA's In and Out date/times now take into account the job's specified time zone.

The MWD BHA report now shows the MWD Comments instead of the Directional Comments.

Resolved an issue where the Personnel section on the Daily report would only show people that had been added to the Job Contact section (under editing a job). It now correctly list both scheduled personnel and job contacts.

Corrected an issue where the Survey report would show an empty 'Comments' line for surveys that had a comment but the comment was then later removed.

The last Drakewell update accidentally removed the performance chart headings and labels on the printed reports. They should be back now.

The survey, slide and rotate activities have been updated so that the optional information that is entered for each is automatically added to the comments of the corresponding auto-created daily activity and will now show up on the daily activity reports.

A new 'Serial Number' field has been added to the current list of search filters on the Inventory list page. This new filter will only return the assets that have a serial number matching the entered value and will not query other fields on an asset like the general 'Search' filter does.

The total flow area for a bit can now be manually entered when it is added to a BHA and will display in the 'Bit Details' section on all reports.

The list of available connection types for inventory has been expanded to include more options.

When adding a new survey, slide or rotate on the directional page, the option fields can now be pulled from the last corresponding entry by clicking on the 'Copy Last Entry' button and then adjusted as needed.

A new general 'Inspection' work order has been added so that any asset type that doesn't have a specific inspection work order can be checked over to make sure it is still performing as intended and placed back in inventory.

A new 'Job Number' field has been added to the current list of search filters on the Job list page. This new filter will only return the jobs that have a job number matching the entered value and will not query other fields on a job like the general 'Search' filter does.

Jobs that have a lat/long set can now be opened and viewed in Google Maps.

When working within the different sections a job, the currently selected day you are viewing will now be remembered and automatically selected when switching between the tabs. This currently selected day will also be defaulted when switching between multiple jobs.

Any comments that are added to a survey will now show up on the printed Survey pdf report.

Updated the Job Day picker so that days outside of the job's start and end date have the correct status display set.

When editing an activity that spanned multiple days, it's start and end dates are now set correctly.

Updated the turn rate calculations to correctly handle when the azimuth for a survey rolls over from 359 degrees to 0 degrees or greater.

Corrected an issue where it was possible to complete a work order and the 'Completed At' date would not be set.

A new personnel export has been added to the Personnel Search page and functions similar to the other exports in Drakewell. The Excel version breaks apart the Personnel data into two sheets: the first containing every user and corresponding basic information, the second contains the employment history for each of the users. These two sheets can be pivoted off each other by leveraging the Username available on all sheets. The CSV version contains the same data but combines the Personnel and Employment History parts into one giant table.

The bid workflow has been adjusted so that now only bids with an 'Approved' status can generate a new job or be tied to an existing job. Previously this could be done with bids that had a status of either 'Approved' or 'Archived'.

A new 'Void' status has been added for bids and jobs to categorize ones that were done for testing or setup as a template for new bids and/or jobs.

We have improved the UI/UX when generating the various Drakewell reports on mobile devices so that they are all consistent in look and feel.

The Billing Item Type Rate Overrides section has been updated to add new functionality and refinements. These include showing the customer type in addition to the name, allowing a rate override for a customer and/or play to be deleted and updating an existing rate override when a new one is adding for the same customer and/or play.

When scheduling personnel to a job, you are required to enter a start and end date. Not entering one of these and attempting to schedule a user results in an error message being displayed, but we have made this more obvious by not displaying any users if one of the dates is missing.

Corrected an issue where the job notes would only show on the Job Summary page if there was a well path created for that job.

The Mud Motor report can now be generated when a BHA doesn't have a Bit added to it.

A new shipping export has been added to the 'All Shipments' page and functions similar to the other exports in Drakewell. The Excel version breaks apart the Shipping data into three sheets: the first containing every shipment and corresponding basic information, the second contains all of the serialized assets on a shipment and the third contains all parts (non-serialized assets) on a shipment. These three sheets can be pivoted off each other by leveraging the Shipment Number available on all sheets. The CSV version contains the same data but combines the Shipments, Shipment Assets, and Shipment parts into one giant table.

The field ticket page within a job no longer requires users to have the 'Job Modify' role to be able to change billing item quantities, copy the previous day's billing items, pick a billing item from the drop down list or save the daily field ticket after modifications were made.

Users can now add attachments to Field Tickets and BHAs without needing the 'Job Modify' role.

If a BHA is copied, it will correctly show the same BHA item details as the original BHA.

The BHA Performance charts have been updated to now correctly display BHAs that have slide or rotate distance entered but no slide or rotate time entered.

The location picker that is used in different places to a pick a location has been modified so that it will no longer appear off screen when using certain devices and browsers.

Corrected an issue where the location picker would not show a particular job because it was returning an older, cached list.

A recent update caused preventing searching and tagging of assets/people on an activity.

The daily activity page(s) UI has been completely updated based off customer feedback to be more consistent with other pages in Drakewell and to provide a more useful and informative display.

When working with a page that requires you to pick an asset on a mobile device, the asset picker now shows the asset type for each item listed and you can horizontally scroll the items in the picker to select the one you want.

After the introduction of the new Performance Charts in the last update, we received some great feedback on minor modifications to make them even better. These improvements include grouping the daily activities by type (i.e. Directional Activities, MWD Activities), adding print fuctionality to the charts and automatically adding the charts to the End of Well report.

Updated daily directional activities that are automatically added to the daily activities so they don't show up twice on a daily report if they spanned multiple days and crossed the midnight time period.

A Performance Charts section has been added to jobs. The current set of performance visualizations include breakdowns of BHA performance, days versus depth breakdown and daily activity breakdown.

Increased the minimum password requirements for a user's password.

Fixed an issue where a day would show as 'Standby' if it consisted of only directional activities (survey, slide, rotate) and a daily activity that implied a 'Standby Day'.

A Slide/Rotate report has been added to BHAs that lists all slide and rotate entries for a particular BHA.

'End Depth' on the Daily Summary report has be renamed to 'Bottom Hole Depth' and a new 'Bit Depth' field has been added to prevent confusion on what 'End Depth' represents.

The 'Customer' picker on the job edit page has been updated to show the customer type for each one listed and provided suggestions.

When creating a BHA, the different 'Bit to ...'' measurement fields have been converted to a list with the ability to select one of ten different options (including an 'Other' option) and provide a description if needed.

When an item on the MWD side of a BHA is marked as an incident and the BHA is saved, a notification is now sent out with details of the incident. This is similar to how the incident notifications work for the Directional side of the BHA.

The Mud Motor report has had some field and layout modifications so that fields have more appropriate labels and are placed in the sections where you would think to look for them.

We've added the 'Dogleg' value to the survey details display on the plot and 3D Plot.

If an asset was initialized and its current location was set to a job, viewing the job asset's tab or viewing a BHA report that contained this asset would throw an error. This issue has been fixed so that these pages and reports correctly handle this scenario.

Fixed an issue that caused the Job Export to fail after the last Drakewell deployment.

On the Mud Motor report, the Speed value in the Motor Details section has been updated to show 2 decimal place precision (which is captured on the work orders/BHA) instead of 1 decimal place precision. Also 'Wear Pad OD' now shows the correct value depending on the units of measure selected (imperial vs metric).

Corrected an issue that prevented the Levels filter to populate when searching for Personnel.

Resolved an issue where saving a survey, slide or rotate on the Directional page would take a long time to process and save.
