Managing Your Account Notifications
Drakewell has the capability to send out email notifications when certain events or other things happen within the system. These notications are “opt-in” and each user has the ability to view and choose what events they would like to receive notifications for.
To view and modify your notifications, click the Account tab.
The system notifications are currently combined into one list with the following different sub sections.
Bid Notifications
| Notification Name | What Triggers It |

| Bid Created | When a new bid is created. |
| Bid Status Changed | When the status of a bid is changed. |
Job Notifications
| Notification Name | What Triggers It |
|---|---|
| BHA Completed | When a BHA has been pulled out of hole and marked as completed. |
| BHA Item Incident | When an item on the Directional BHA has been marked as having an incident. |
| BHA MWD Item Incident | When an item on the MWD BHA has been marked as having an incident. |
| Job Created | When a job has been created. |
| Job Status Change | When the status of a job has been updated. |
| Well Plan Created | When a new well plan has been added to a job. |
Shipment Notifications
| Notification Name | What Triggers It |

| Shipment Missing Item | When an item on a shipment has been marked as missing. |
| Shipment Received | When a shipment has been marked as received. |
| Shipment Shipped | When a shipment has been marked as shipped. |
| Supplmental Shipment Created | When a shipment contains some items that were shipped and others that were marked as hold, thus creating another shipment when saved. |
| Tool Order Shipment | When a shipment is created that contains items that are just an asset type and not a specific asset. |
User Notifications

System Level Notifications

| Billing Item Type Change | When a billing item type in the master list has been udpated. |
| Billing Item Type Created | When a billing item type has been created. |
| User Created | When a user has been created. |
Work Order Notifications
Notifications can be sent out whenever an individual work order for an asset is completed. Asset and Work Orders are a Drakewell Configurable Item help so depending on how yours is setup, you may different work order notification options.
Examples Of Why You Would Want To Get Work Order Notifications:
Subscribe to a Motor (Assembled) Disassembly Completed notification to know everytime a motor has been disassembled in your shop and see the results of the inspection.
Subscribe to a Gamma Assembly Completed notification to know everytime a gamma has been assembled and you need to perform a ring out/fucntion test.
Subscribe to the Retirement Completed notification to know everytime an asset has been retired.
